70 minIf you can melt chocolate and stir a bowl, you can make this brownie pie. It’s that straightforward.
Melted chocolate chips and butter get beaten with chocolate sweetened condensed milk, a touch of biscuit mix, and eggs into a silky batter that bakes up dense and fudgy inside a flaky pie crust.
Chopped nuts add crunch to every slice.
Serve it warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and watch it disappear before it hits room temperature.
Pro Tips
- Pre-bake the pie shell for 10 minutes to prevent a soggy bottom under all that fudgy filling
- The center should be just set when you pull it from the oven; it firms up more as it cools
- Leftovers reheat beautifully in the microwave for 15-20 seconds
