Ritz crackers sandwiched with peanut butter and dipped in melted chocolate. A 3-ingredient no-bake treat that’s salty, sweet, crunchy, and ridiculously addictive.

Three ingredients. No oven. Ten minutes of your time. These chocolate-dipped peanut butter Ritz sandwiches are the kind of snack that looks way fancier than it has any right to.

Spread peanut butter between two buttery Ritz crackers, dip the whole thing in melted chocolate, and set them on wax paper to firm up. The salty cracker, creamy peanut butter, and snappy chocolate shell hit every craving at once.

Scale this up for holiday cookie trays, bake sales, or movie night snacking. Kids can help assemble them, which makes the whole thing even easier.

Kitchen Tips

  • Use a fork to dip and lift the sandwiches out of the chocolate for cleaner coverage
  • Tap the fork on the edge of the bowl to let excess chocolate drip off before setting them on wax paper
  • Let them set at room temperature for a cleaner shell, or pop them in the fridge for 10 minutes if you’re in a hurry
