Start with a pan of brownie mix baked until just set. While it is still hot, scatter miniature marshmallows and milk chocolate chips across the top and pop it back in the oven until everything melts together.
Graham crackers pressed gently into the warm, sticky surface seal the deal and give you built-in cutting lines for neat, stackable bars.
These are the brownies that make you a hero at bake sales, potlucks, and midnight snack raids.
Pro Tips
- Grease only the bottom of the pan, not the sides. The batter needs something to cling to as it rises.
- Work quickly when adding toppings. The marshmallows and chips need the residual heat from the fresh-out-of-the-oven brownie to melt properly.
- Let them cool completely before cutting. Patience here means clean slices instead of a gooey avalanche.
