This no-bake candy comes together faster than running to the store for dessert.

White chocolate melts smooth with a touch of shortening, then gets loaded with crunchy toasted almonds and chewy jelly beans.

The apricot jelly beans add pops of fruity sweetness throughout the creamy chocolate base.

Pro Tips

  • Toast almonds before adding to intensify their flavor and crunch
  • Score the bark while it’s still slightly soft for cleaner breaks
  • Use high-quality white chocolate for best melting and flavor
  • Store in an airtight container in a cool place; it softens in heat
