Why does my brownie come out cakey and crumbly? I thought maybe it was because i use a beater to mix the ingredients together, but tonight i used a wooden spoon to mix with same result. The taste is wonderful, but the texture is not great. So frustrated.

Try using an extra egg and perhaps a splash of cow's milk.
