Has a great flavor - very moist. A lighter color than some Banana Nut breads. The best I've ever tasted.
Eat heartily, accompanied by much loud Italian conversation. In fact, I typed this accompanied by much loud Italian conversation. My parents were here, and both were shouting instructions over my shoulder. They disagreed about the arrangement of the lettuce - my mother said that the hole in the middle of the platter was necessary; my father insisted that it wasn't, saying you can just dump the tuna on top of the lettuce. I finally had to give up on this reply until they went home. So now, in the peace and quiet of the aftermath, I've finished it. Hope you had a wonderful holiday.

This should be one of the easiest and yummiest way to cook tuna. The beurre blanc was creamy and rich, wasabi added a bit zing. We didn't have cream, so just used milk instead, which was rich enough to our taste, and it worked deliciously with tuna. Sesame seeds added a bit crunch and nice nuttiness. The salmon was cooked to perfection, seared on both sides, and still moist on the inside. A very impressive dish.

This salad's presentation is quite lovely. The citrus vinaigrette is top notch and we use the leftovers for other vegetables. The combination of orange, lemon, lime and grapefruit really kick it up a notch. If you really want to impress your guests and blow them away with sophistication this is sure to wow them. Or just make the dressing and use it for other dishes and turn any ordinary vegetable into something special.
