This carrot cake is outstanding, moist inside and creamy on top, I have no coconut chips left, so I didn't sprinkle coconuts on top. The cake is just delicious, but you have to be careful of the pineapple and juice, don't use more than recipe says, otherwise the cake won't work.
Chicken and Dumplings that is just like Cracker Barrel restaurant.
Classic Scottish scones, the real deal: no sugar in the dough, cream-of-tartar leavened, knuckle-flattened and fork-pricked. Lean, tender scones for jam, butter, or proper afternoon tea.
An authentic American creamy coleslaw that doesn't turn watery the next day, with a refreshing hint of lemon.
This is one of the best butternut squash casserole I have ever made. There were lots of flavors and textures going on. We made half of the recipe, I added some buttermilk powder into milk to make the buttermilk and used the dried thyme, otherwise followed the recipe exactly. It came out cheesy, sweet and tasty, but not too feeling heavy or rich afterwords, definitely a keeper!
