This granola is built for people who actually care what’s in their breakfast bowl.

Oat bran and rolled oats form the base, sweetened with just enough honey and brightened with a hit of fresh orange zest and vanilla. Sunflower seeds add crunch, and dried banana chips and raisins bring chewy, fruity pops to every handful.

One pan, 25 minutes in the oven, and you’ve got a week’s worth of granola that’s leagues ahead of anything in a box.

Spoon it over yogurt, splash it with cold skim milk, or scatter it on top of sliced fruit for a quick, wholesome start to the morning.

Pro Tips

  • Stir only once at the 10-minute mark. Leaving it alone lets the oats form those coveted crunchy clusters.
  • Add the banana chips and raisins after baking. They’ll burn if you put them in from the start.
  • Store in an airtight container and it keeps for up to a week at room temperature.
