Forget pepperoni. This pizza is loaded with melted chocolate, crunchy peanuts, puffy marshmallows, and crisp rice cereal, all spread onto a pan and topped with coconut, candied cherries, and a drizzle of white chocolate.

It’s the kind of recipe that gets kids absolutely buzzing in the kitchen. Let them scatter the toppings, drizzle the white chocolate, and claim their own slice.

The base sets up firm in the fridge, giving you clean slices with a satisfying snap. Cut it into wedges just like the real thing and serve it on a pizza board for full effect.

Directions

In heavy saucepan or top of double boiler, melt 6oz white chocolate and the chocolate chips.

Stir in peanuts, marshmallows and cereal.

Pour onto a greased 10-inch pizza pan or a 10-inch circle of cardboard covered with foil.

Spread to even out top. sprinkle with coconut. Top with cherries.

Melt remaining white chocolate; drizzle over pizza.

Chill.
