40 minThese are the kind of no-bake treats that disappear before the chocolate even has a chance to set.
Melted milk chocolate gets stirred together with a wild mix of mix-ins: crunchy pecans, chewy raisins, puffy mini marshmallows, snappy rice cereal, and peanut butter chips that soften just enough to add a salty-sweet streak through every bite.
Drop them by spoonfuls onto foil-lined sheets, pop them in the fridge, and you’ve got homemade candy clusters with zero baking required. They’re great for holiday cookie trays, bake sales, or getting little hands involved in the kitchen.
Kitchen Tips
- Let the melted chocolate cool slightly before stirring in the mix-ins. If it’s too hot, the marshmallows will dissolve completely and you’ll lose that fluffy texture.
- Work quickly once everything is combined. Milk chocolate sets faster than dark, so drop your clusters before the mixture stiffens in the bowl.
- Store in the fridge in a single layer. These soften at room temperature, especially in warm weather.
