Flour tortillas get loaded up with sliced strawberries and bananas, drizzled with melted cinnamon-brown sugar butter, and baked until everything goes warm and bubbly.
Then you hit them with a dollop of vanilla whipped cream folded with sour cream for just enough tang to keep things interesting.
Ready in 30 minutes, start to finish.
Pro Tips
- Use ripe but firm strawberries so they hold their shape in the oven instead of turning to mush.
- Don’t skip the sour cream in the whipped topping. That little bit of tang balances all the sweetness and keeps each bite from being one-note.
- Serve immediately while the tortillas are still warm and slightly crisp at the edges.
Variations
- Swap strawberries for fresh peaches or mango slices during summer.
- Drizzle with Nutella or chocolate sauce for a richer dessert.
- Use whole wheat tortillas for a slightly nuttier flavor.
